I used a recipe I hadn’t used before for a little sweeter jam, and it’s AWESOME.
2 vidalia onions
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup red wine
1/3 cup grenadine
salt
1 tbsp butter
